The system

Built into the eave, not clipped to the gutter.

We install IronPeak: powder-coated aluminum track, patent-pending TrueCenter Apex peaks, and RGBW strands at one node per foot. Hidden by day. App-controlled at night.

Installed once

No more November weekends on a ladder, no storage bins in April. The line stays with the house.

    Walk the home

    We photograph every elevation, measure the fascia, and note power, trees, and any tricky gables.

    Design the line

    A simple plan shows linear footage, controller placement, and how the light will read from the street.

    Install once

    Low-profile modules tuck into the soffit. Most homes take a single day. No visible cords, no clips on shingles.

    Hand you the app

    Presets for dusk-to-dawn white, holidays, and off. You keep control. We stay on the warranty.

You should barely notice them. The track is color-matched (matte black, white, oyster, or brown) and sits in the soffit, not taped to the gutter. From the street the line reads as part of the house until dusk.

Most Lowcountry homes land between $3,600 and $9,000 installed, depending on linear footage and roof complexity. We quote $30 per foot as the default. Simple one-story work can be $28 per foot. Two-story, steep, or messy fascia is $32 per foot. You get a fixed price after we walk the house — not a guess from a satellite photo. Monthly payments are available through Wisetack.

IronPeak covers the lights for 5 years. Everline Lights covers the install for 5 years. Controllers are 5 years if we place them indoors, 2 years if they have to live outside. We keep as-built notes on every house so a section can be replaced without stripping the whole elevation.

Most homes are a single day after the measure. We photograph the elevations, confirm power and controller location, then install the track, strands, and app. You get a walkthrough before we leave.

When power comes back, the system returns to its last schedule. It does not run on a battery backup. If the neighborhood blinks, the lights blink with it, then pick up the dusk-to-dawn or holiday scene you already set.

Yes. We can extend the run onto a garage, porch, or second elevation without replacing the original line. Say so on the first visit if you think you will add a wing later — it changes where we put the controller.
